choosing DB Filters.
Returns:
- Most
items may be returned within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- Items
must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.
- Return
shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable
Items:
- Custom
or special orders.

- Damaged
or altered products.
- Items
missing components or packaging.
To Return an
Item:
1. Contact
our customer service department to request a return authorization.
2. Ship the
item back to us using a traceable method.
3. Include
the return authorization information (provided by customer service) with the
return shipment.
Refunds:
- Refunds
are issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping
costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or
Defective Items:
Contact us
immediately if you receive a damaged or defective item.
